Overview
Saksi Virtual is a digital wedding invitation service based in Solo, Indonesia. I built the marketing and sales platform from scratch: a landing page that shows invitation templates, client testimonials, and FAQs, with a WhatsApp CTA for direct orders. The platform includes a Filament CMS so the client manages content independently, plus a WordPress subdomain that hosts the actual invitation products.
The Problem
The client ran a digital invitation business without a proper online presence. Potential customers had no central place to browse templates, read testimonials, or understand the order flow, so everything happened manually over WhatsApp. The client also needed to update site content without depending on a developer.
My Role
I was the sole developer and handled the project end to end: UI design, frontend with React and Inertia.js, backend and CMS with Laravel and Filament, domain configuration, and the WordPress subdomain for the invitation products. The whole project was live in under one month.
Process
I designed the landing page around one goal, turning visitors into WhatsApp orders. I built the sections, wired the Filament CMS so the client could change any copy or image, and set up the WordPress subdomain for hosting the invitation products. Then I connected the domain and shipped it.
Key Features
- 01Template showcase for digital invitation designs
- 02Testimonials and FAQ section
- 03WhatsApp CTA for order conversion
- 04Filament CMS so the client manages content independently
- 05WordPress subdomain for the invitation products
Challenges
The main challenge was fitting a full marketing platform and a separate product platform into a tight one-month window, and making the CMS simple enough that a non-technical client can run it alone. Splitting content management (Laravel) from product hosting (WordPress) kept both sides focused.
Outcome
The platform went live in under a month and is actively used by the client. The client gained a professional storefront, a self-manageable CMS, and a WordPress subdomain that serves the invitation products.
