Undergraduate thesis: an intent-based virtual assistant for the UMS library, built with the Rasa Framework and a Next.js/Express web interface. The work was developed through the UMS Library Digital Scholarship and tested with more than 800 users.

The competition was open-ended, so the team defined its own problem statement and solution scope.
